Processing & Delivery Time
Because each item is custom printed on-demand just for you, please allow:
- Processing: 3-5 business days to create your order
- Shipping: 4-7 business days for delivery via USPS or DHL Express
- Total: 7-12 business days from order to doorstep
Please note: Some products ship from international fulfillment centers and may take the full 10-12 business days. All orders are tracked, and you'll receive shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates (US Only)
- Orders $50 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under 1 lb: $4.95 flat rate
- Orders 1-5 lbs: $9.90 flat rate
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Important Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact USPS or DHL Express directly, then reach out to us at info@smartcatgifts.com for assistance.
- During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing times may be extended by 2-3 business days. We'll notify you if delays occur.
